Create A New Calendar
  • The panel on the left hand-side shows a list of all your calendars. From this view you can manage them all.
  • In the top right of the sidebar you can press 'add' to create a new calendar.
  • By clicking on the dropdown next to a calendar you can access many other user friendly options.
  • Assign colours to each calendar from the edit calendar option.

Adding A New Event
  • Double click on any date you want to add an event to.
  • You are then presented with a popup box.
  • Fill in the necessary details as follows: Select the calendar you wish to add the event to, Choose a name for the event, fill in a description.
  • You can then select the start/end date for the event or just choose 'all day'.
  • Optional extras: Recurring events - Use this if the event is common and repeats once a week/once a month/or even once a year! So useful to save adding the same event over and over again! Phew!

Editing Events
  • You can edit an event by clicking an existing one.
  • The ability to amend the same options as when you created it.
  • If you want to expand an event across multiple days you can click on the edge of the event and drag it out to the appropriate length in days. 
  • You can move any event by clicking it and dragging it to another day.

Share Calendars
  • Share a single calendar or create a group of calendars that you wish to share with someone.
  • On the left hand side click the dropdown next to the calendar you wanted to share.
  • Click 'Share Calendar'
  • In the pop up window select all the calendars from the left hand pane that you want to be included within the share. So all the calendars listed in the right hand side will get shared.
  • Press generate and copy the link to the calendar to share with whoever you wish securely.

Search Existing Events
  • Looking for an event you created and don't have time to trawl through 200+ events over 20 calendars at a time?
  • Not a problem. A simple user friendly search bar is present in the top right.
  • Click to type all or part of the phrase in the event you are looking for.
  • Hit 'Enter' on your keyboard to search.
  • Along the bottom of your screen should popup a list of events containing that keyword.
  • Once you've found what you were looking for. Double click and it will take you straight to it!

Printing a Calendar
  • In the top right of your screen you should see a blue print icon.
  • This is used to create a printer friendly version of whatever your current calendar view is.
  • Navigate through your calendar to the section that you wish to print.
  • Click 'Print' and a copy of the calendar will be generated ready to send straight to the printer.
